In collaboration with several pediatric cancer organizations, Battle Osteosarcoma funded a $1.5 million grant for Dr. Mitchell Cairo at New York Medical College. Dr. Cairo’s lab is researching the genetic and immune mechanisms of resistance in osteosarcoma, and testing the efficacy of immunotherapy drug combinations.
